Mental healthcare that starts with understanding the whole person

Your symptoms tell a story, but they're not the whole story.

Led by Maggie Brother, a dual board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in New York, Wylde Collective combines medical expertise, compassionate care, and genuine curiosity to help you better understand your mental health and your options.

Mental health is not separate from physical health. It is health.

Just as no one expects to move through life without catching a cold, straining a muscle, or feeling physically run down, we cannot expect our emotional lives to be immune to stress, grief, anxiety, burnout, or change.

Being human means experiencing fluctuation.

At Wylde Collective, we believe you deserve support whether you’re navigating a difficult season, trying to understand why you haven’t been feeling like yourself, or simply wanting to strengthen your mental wellbeing.

You do not need to be in crisis to deserve care.

You can come here because something feels heavy. Because something feels unclear. Because you’re wondering whether it’s anxiety, ADHD, hormones, burnout, or something else entirely.

Good mental healthcare starts with curiosity, not assumptions.

Sometimes medication is part of the answer. Sometimes it’s therapy. Sometimes symptoms are influenced by biology, medical conditions, life experiences, lifestyle, or several factors at once.

Our job isn’t to force your story into one explanation. It’s to ask better questions.

Because while diagnoses can be helpful, people are always more complex than labels.

Hey I'm Maggie, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC

psych np and lover of all things mental health

After years working in healthcare, I kept coming back to the same belief: people deserve care that sees the whole person, not just a diagnosis.

As a dual board-certified Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I blend medical knowledge, evidence-based treatment, and a deep curiosity about the human experience to help adults better understand their mental health.

Wylde Collective was created to make psychiatry feel different: thoughtful, collaborative, approachable, and deeply human.
